Ever wonder what the house down the street sold for? I must admit that this is a tool that I wish I had before I became a Realtor®.  Most people are always curious about the value of their house, even when they aren't thinking of selling.  Here is an easy way to keep track of the housing values in your community.

The Community Market Report is an interactive tool that gives you past sales info such as list price vs. sold price, for each home, property details of sold homes, average price and number of listings in the community for each month for the past year.
